Tranquil Apartment in Norwich City Center

It was ideally located to see all that Norwich had to offer.

The location is excellent and has the added bonus of a parking space!

Could do with some venetian blinds , the neighbours opposite are able to see straight in!!

On arrival we were told booking g had been cancelled by the firm offering it. We had to find somewhere else to stay in a town we had never visited. I willnot be using you again.

Location is brilliant for visiting the cathedral and centre of Norwich . The flat is well equipped and secure. The bed was comfortable.

The location is central (though not in the Cathedral close, as advertised), and the flat is light and airy since it is up two stories. It is equipped with a washing machine that also dries. There is a dedicated parking spot. Roomy living area.

Interactions with the host were frustrating. Calls always went to voicemail, and TravelNest referred me to the host without offering any real assistance. A number of issues noted by previous guests have not been addressed (bath plug still doesn't fit, bathroom mirror light still doesn't work, we had to buy our own kitchen dishcloth). Most importantly, the WiFi doesn't work (a problem identified by a previous guest in April), and there seems to be no plan to fix it. Nor have we received promised compensation. The apartment walls need a repaint. One and a half rolls of toilet paper for two people for four nights is just cheap. We bought more. One key for two guests is inadequate when there are three layers of security.

The apartment was in a very central location, was quiet and very secure. It had its own parking space and a bath - not something you find often in hotels nowadays. It was well equipped and very clean. It also had a nice little balcony.

Minor quibbles only - the bath plug didn't fit, the taps needed instructions but were fine when you worked them out and a tea towel and hand towel in the kitchen would have been useful. But nothing significant.

Central location, within walking distance of station. Although in city centre, it was very quiet once inside the property. Close to wide range of places to eat.

A fresh coat of emulsion on the walls of the apartment would bring already lovely accommodation up a further notch
