Tranquil Apartment in Norwich City Center

The location is great, around the corner from the catherdral with some really good restaurants nearby. We reccomend the Giggling Squid for thai and if you are into Fine Dining go to Tatlers, amazing food and good prices. The apartment is nice and big, and private.

The facilities are not great. There wasn't even hand soap provided in the bathroom (no shower gel or shampoo). There was a nespresso machine in the kitchen with only one pod for the whole weekend (and it was decaf). The apartment was freezing cold when we arrived, we had to turn on the heat and wait a couple of hours for it to warm up. The bed isn't the most comfortable but it's ok for two nights. There is no wifi.

We appreciated this warm, quiet, clean, comfortable apartment. It is not in the Cathedral grounds as advertised. It is on the second floor which is not mentioned in the property details. Half the kitchen lights were not working, there was no bath plug or shower mat and rail. We found dirty crockery in the dishwasher (which we did not use). Hooks in the hallway to hang wet outdoor clothing would have been useful.
