Harmony Haven - Executive suite

There’s nothing to like because i got cancelled last minute and didn’t get my refund back

When I arrived my room was already occupied and I had to get accommodation elsewhere at 9.45 at night. I was promised a refund but still haven't received it.

On arrival I could not access the building, eventually I go the code from the host to access the building but still could not access the room. I called the host, no answer, I left a voice message (15:30) but did not get any response until 19:43 by which time I had to book a hotel at great expense so we could attend the event we travelled for. I requested a refund but this was refused, how do I pursue this for resolution?

See above, we couldn't get into the property/room so did not stay.

perfect location. only a 5 minute taxi to the city centre. lovely rooms. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful during our stay and was available to contact whenever we needed.
