Room was clean

The name of the property is Harmony Haven - this caused confusion as I thought I was at the wrong address. Amity Suite is actually the room name (and there are several rooms in the property). To gain access I had to contact the owner, download an app and get access codes - this would have been better communicated when booking the room rather than in arrival at the property.

Couldn’t check in at 3 had to wait til 5; Upon arrival then had to wait a further 30 minutes to be let in the front door as i was not sent the access codes; Bedrooms weren’t sufficiently stocked with toiletries/towels; The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, the room clearly hadn’t been hoovered or thoroughly cleaned for a long time; No heating so was very cold during the night; There were flashing LEDsin the window which couldn’t be turned off and stayed on throughout the night which persistently woke me up multiple times
