Harmony Haven - Executive suite

Appalled at this place I am an ex hotelier and there is no way I would ever recommend this to anyone. No facilities to make a cup of tea, no heating which was informed me that is was on but clearly not, on the windows. I did not stay the two nights I tried to resolve it with the owner that doesn’t live there but to no avail.

Everything about the place it has a lovely name but if only lived up to the standards which it should be it was the cold I slept in all of my clothes and coat in and out of bed onto the chair and just sat there until it was light and again the next morning. In which time I had lost all respect for it.

Close by Gatwick airport. Clean and good value for money.

No clean . Bathroom broken . Toilet seat come out . Wall dirty ,

The host was always available to ensure I have a fantabulous stay.

The environment is clean and the home is habitable
