The apartment was a perfect stay for a big group of us, plenty of space. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom it had everything we needed.

It was very warm inside, the windows didn’t open that wide so it wasn’t cool. Only 2 fans worked in the apartment. Air con would have been great.

In a excellent location. Beds were comfortable.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms as their was 6 of us . Their was 2 showers but they were both red hot and couldn't get the temperature down and you have to keep pressing the button on the shower to get water the same on the sinks .the carpets had black stains on them. Their was a broken cracked window in the 2nd bedroom. Couldn't get on the WiFi signal very poor and the tv wouldn't work . Windows wouldn't open properly and it was red hot . Very disappointed to be honest the blinds on the windows some was ripped. I have stayed in Liverpool many times and never done any negative feedback on accommodation before.

The staff, we got a bit lost and someone came round straight away. The location was great. Enjoyed the big bedroom so we were all together rather than in separate rooms Facilities were good

The stairs! Especially with lots of bags Some mirrors would be handy for getting ready! There was a lipstick stain one of the towels and the fan didn't work but it wasn't too warm so not a problem
