Temple Court Cavern Quarter Apartments by Happy Days

The location is great, very central to nightlife, shopping area and transport links.

This property did not warrant a £1,450 for 2 nights stay. It was faulty which ended up in us being evacuated during the night on our first night. This was a problem that the staff have clearly known about before and rented the room out anyway. Staff who eventually turned up (bear in mind it’s late at night and one of the party was heavily pregnant and sitting on the stairs in the hall way) was very rude and laughed in our face after listening to a fire alarm going off for 1 hour due to being water damaged following a leak on the roof. The leak had very obviously been there for a long time. They were more interested in putting the guests out in the room next door to us for having a party (these guests were put out of the apartment at 12pm in their pyjamas). There were multiple leeks on the roof (one which lands on a bed), the table is water damaged due to leaks and floor was continuously wet which is a hazard in itself. We got put in a different apartment on the first night (half the size, not enough beds and certainly not what we paid for). Following a return to our apartment the next morning (which we were told maintenance would be out to fix the alarm and never showed up after sitting in and waiting when we should have been out enjoying our hen do) we were rudely greeted by the house keeping staff who told us we were now in the smaller dingy apartment and our room had to be emptied as new guests were arriving in 2 hours time. Bear in mind this room is FAULTY with no intention of fixing it and charging people for this room to be rudely awakened by a fire hazard. The room was also very dirty, the carpet had a lot of unknown sticky marks stamped into it. Towels dirty, the showers were obviously uncleaned from the last guests (hair and dirty foot prints in the shower tray). There is not one part of the wall that does not have damage or dirty marks.

Good central location on Matthew Street. Rooms very basic but did the job. No actual staff with it been apartments and not a hotel. So of you have problems you've got to use message or WhatsApp. Large kitchen space with fridge.

Not good communication regarding check in. You have to go to boutique 56 and pay the damage deposit before you head to apartments and then you get the codes to the building- key to apartment inside lockbox on bottom floor. Note that there is not lift. We were on the third floor. Shower and taps are push buttons like at a swimming baths. Also because there's a call system next to the push code to get into the initial building people would press the button for the apartments by mistake which would call your apartment at all times of the day and night when people are trying to access the building. Our apartment was quieter been on the top floor but can imagine it been really noisy on the bottom. Could really hear the apartment next to us one night and we shared a corridor.

Perfect for a big group and right near all the party life in Liverpool

The location and accommodation is excellent, offering great convenience and comfort. Very clean. However, there is noticeable noise from outside.

there is noticeable noise from outside from nearby pubs/clubs, which may affect light sleepers. Noise doesnt stop until about 5-6am in the morning.
