Lovely, spacious and clean!

Was very hot and could have done with aircon or a better fan!

Good location. Across from a Starbucks and a co op. 15 minutes from wembley stadium. A nice splash pad area downstairs for the kids during the heatwave and a playground as well. The river was next to it as well so it was a really nice place to stay. Really nice apartment complex

The bolt on the door didn’t work so you couldn’t lock the door from the inside and so the littles kept trying to open the door. Not very safe! Also if you stay during hot days, the blinds are really annoying as the metal bar hits the walls from the open windows and it’s really loud banging. They don’t supply any cleaning supplies like kitchen roll or tea towels for cleaning up messes or even a sponge to wash things in the sink. Not really nice because if you only stay a couple days you have to buy your own then end up throwing away things are practically brand new. An hour drive to central London, so not super close.

Excellent property. Very clean, spacious and located in a beautiful environment. Very well-equipped kitchen. Check-in was smooth and the additional fob key was provided on request.

We had a problem with the wash basin outlet, about which a complaint was raised. Unfortunately was not resolved. We stayed for ten days and it was very inconvenient. The property should communicate directly with the guest regarding the pre-check-in forms at least a week before the stay. It would be helpful as we were travelling and it caused undue concern. Better communication from the team in all aspects would help.

Gloednieuw appartement met twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers. Keuken zeer compleet alleen deed bij ons de koelkast het niet. We hebben het in de avond gemeld en de volgende dag kwam er meteen iemand om er naar te kijken. Ligging uitstekend, vlakbij metrostation waarmee je zo de stad in kunt rijden.

Het appartement was nogal warm. Het leek wel of er een verwarming aan stond die niet uit kon. Het was buiten nog niet heel warm toen we er waren. De thermostaat leek niet te werken, maar dat kon aan ons liggen.

It was nice and calm environment. Very good location. Very clean.
