When we checked in the apartment hadn’t been cleaned and was extremely messy from the previous tenants. They had left rubbish all over the floor beds unmade towels, etc lying around. Them when they finally did clean our apartment they left us only with hand towels and no bath towels. The TV in the master bedroom had no reception and the bedside lamp didn’t work.

The property was great in a good location.

De locatie en het uitzicht. We zaten naast de lift maar die was absoluut niet te horen. 10 minuten lopen naar de central line underground station en een Co-op om de hoek langs de Starbucks.

Extreem slechte communicatie vanuit Charles Hope. Via Booking een bericht sturen om vervolgens keer op keer een geautomatiseerd bericht te ontvangen en via de telefoon werd ik steeds doorgestuurd naar een mail die nooit werd beantwoord. Oftewel ik ging met heel erg veel twijfel op reis. Uiteindelijk aangekomen op locatie en ingecheckt, niks op aan te merken. Wel jammer dat op de laatste dag het pasje voor de voordeur niet meer werkte. Appartement zelf was prima ingedeeld maar let wel op de energie want daar stond een metertje voor zodat je niet te veel gebruikte (die toen wij binnenkwamen al op het budget zat). Bed enorm smal en de veren waren te voelen, ik heb de helft van het verblijf op de bank geslapen aangezien ik hier geen veren in voelde. In de kast lag een vieze onderbroek waarvan de strepen er nog in zaten. Ook werkte de oven niet meer na 1 gebruik. Toiletbril zat los. Één anti-aanbak koekenpan met met metaal gerei.....
