"£100 PCN after paying for parking."

Property was lovely

Receptionist was absolutely clueless. I paid for parking and parked where I was told to and got a £100 PCN, the worst bit about it is i knew she didn't know what she was doing and I was fully expecting the fine. After speaking to somebody else at Charles hope who sounded like they knew what they were doing and was going to help, I still haven't heard anything nearly a week later. Absolutely useless!

Great location. very spacious.

couldn't work the cooker. no grill function so couldn't cook breakfast. no frying as an alternative. Parking should be free

"Never will I book this place"

The property was hard to check in . I spent hours huts to get checked in . And I get fined £100 for parking when they initially told me they will sort out the parking . Booking.com need to sort this out

I got charged £100 fine for parking that I initially reserved for £15 . I need this sorting out

Lovely property that ticked most of the boxes, but for the fact that they provide no direct access car parking in the building. One has to park in a car park quite a way from the main building and that makes for unnecessary hassle when one has mobility issues and sizeable luggages requiring multiple trips to another road where the car park is located and walk back all the way.
