Charles Hope London Greenford

We had no working toilet for the whole stay despite contacting staff every day we had to use downstairs toilet

No toilet and no help from the staff at your end .. the Greystar staff where amazing et loved everything but lack of urgency at Charles hopes end ,with such a big problem and the fact it wasn’t done at all in the end and nothing has been done about it

Ultra modern, clean and well kitted flat on a high floor. Rooms were spacious. My teenagers enjoyed using the gym and game room on the top floor

The parking which we had to pay £15 for daily was in another building across the road despite the building we stayed in having an underground parking bay which was NEVER full. It’s very cold at the moment and walking across the road with bags of shopping was not pleasant. The living room was much smaller than expected. Every time we tried to use the kettle or toaster, it threw off a phase of power in the flat so they were unusable Despite the fact that I was speaking to a representative of Charles Hope minutes before we arrived, the receptionist said our names were not on the guest list. This took a while to sort out at 1am Only one key provided for a group of 4. We requested another one but were told Charles Hope does not allow it. Most annoyingly you have to get permission to have guests visit!! Why? This is not a prison. I was told this is another rule by Charles Hope

Nice big apartment/room full amenities.

spacious apartment with all the amenities. access to the gym was a plus. the co-op around the corner was great. secure building and great surroundings. clean and tidy everywhere with plenty of places to walk around the area. relatively close to Greenford station

having to use a key card to access the building entrance and the lift was great but also annoying that we only had one key to use between two of us. it was requested but never fulfilled. we just had to manage who goes out when so as not to get stuck or bother someone to open the door.
