The security, reception, the location kind of.there was smell mark. In general the building nice and looks it's new.

I try to contact with company but the didn't solve the problem. I have been with company before the were good, but this time I didn't understand. The location far way from underground, like waking 10 munit.

Modern facilities, every thing you need for a self catering stay. Starbucks and Co op on site for necessities. Parking £15 per night undercover over the road.

Poor pillows ! Everything else was quality so this was a real let down.

Accommodation was great, shame about the guaranteed parking.

Paid Charles hope for parking & recieved a £100 fine for the parking despite paying for parking. No one has contacted me in 5 days since lodging my complaint and I am left being threatened by the working company. Guaranteed by reception that the timings of my parking were covered by my payment yet received a fine that they are unwilling to challenge. Do not stay here.

Cannot rate highly enough, beautiful apartment, pristine and it had everything you could possibly need. Cannot believe how good value for money it was. Didn't want to come home.

Impecable, moderno, el lugar muy bonito también tenía acceso a la terraza, salón de juegos, gimnasio. Tiene cerca la estación de metro.

The property manger canceled my booking and the-assigned me to another property in a different location that I never wanted nor would have preferred without ANY notification until my arrival in London on the day I was to check into the Greenford property. Despite having ample opportunity to notify me in advance by various methods eg e-mail , sms , WhatsApp. I found this very very stressful and unprofessional.

The location is great, walking distance from 2 stations and many places to grab a bite or a drink. Apartment had very comfy beds, kitchen was very well equiped and overall the place was very nice and well decorated.

It seems the prepping of the place before our arrival was rushed - no toilet paper provided and toilet bin full of someone else's rubbish which wasn't nice to see.
