Fabulous location (you can walk to Press and the Tempe beach), well stocked with cooking supplies, really great shower, nice little patio.

It would be nice to have someplace to hang clothes. And a broom for sweeping up!

We chose this location because it was close to IRONMAN Arizona.

The entire experience was not positive… There was a chance that we would have to cancel the trip… We reached out to the owners close to a year away… Even though we understand that it was a nonrefundable full payment… They were unwilling to work with us and just simply pointed us back to Booking.com. We asked about a possible reschedule and or refund… And they were simply not willing to do anything close to a year away… Understand the policy, but seemed a little inflexible. Checkin was 3pm and we were told that we could only check in at 4:30… After pushing they did allow us in at 3:30… Which was after the published check-in time. Prior to check-in there were a few miscommunications about how to pick up the key… When we finally received the instructions, the lockbox didn’t work. The room itself was disappointing… After a closer examination of the pictures that were on the website, I think we got what was published… But for the price being charged, the room was not much more than a dorm style room… Bedside table light did not work. Lighting in the room was just one bright light in the centre of the ceiling no couch or comfortable seating… There were 2 kitchen chairs and 1 wicker chair to sit in. The kitchen was actually well appointed. Pool was accessible but not inviting. Unfortunately, both the bathroom and the kitchen faucets were loose and needed repair…Some mold on shower floor corners. Upon checking out, the owner couldn’t find the keys that we left in the lock box… We were told to leave them in the lock box and yet he couldn’t find them until later. Stated above, the location was great… The room was disappointing unless you’re expecting a very average dorm style university room… Very expensive accommodation for the $$$.

Convenient to public transport, clean room with basic amenities included, but water doesn't get warm from sink, lamp had no batteries, lights crept in from beyond doors, renters come at all hours of night to wrong doors, HVAC vent blows at you heavily in bed, pool was not clean, wall of windows lacks privacy, stove top takes a long time to reach boil, all seating and bed are stiff, no shelves, hooks, or bars in shower, shower blows too high, not reaching legs

Our stay was very enjoyable and went by way too fast, would definitely come back to this place , thank you for everything!

I cannot recommend this property. While the Tempe location was convenient, what appears to be a commercial-to-residential conversion was poorly executed. My stay began with confusion due to outdated and misleading signage from its days as a commercial space. The provided Wi-Fi instructions were also outdated and incorrect. I requested a direct phone call from the host via email, but with my Canadian phone on a local AT&T network, email access was unreliable. I eventually received an email reply, but by that time, I had already noticed several issues: An exposed wire protruding from the wall A “shared” stairwell light controlled by upstairs neighbours who frequently smoked weed on their balcony. The noise resonance from them walking in a weed stupor was also horrible. Poor shower drainage A ceiling fan that only operated when the ceiling pot lights were on, making it impossible to have air circulation at night in 100°F+ weather I emailed multiple times asking the host to call me to discuss possible solutions to the fan and lighting issues. The host refused, instead suggesting I “try other networks” with the same incorrect Wi-Fi password. As a visiting REALTOR® from Canada attending a conference, I was shocked by the dismissive and unhelpful responses. This property’s renovation was substandard, and the host’s customer service was unacceptable. Frankly, they should consider another line of work.

Good accommodations!! Fully equipped! The pool in the property was satisfactory!! I would return again !
