Five stars place. Great location, safe and quiet, just off High Str with shops and restaurants. Allocated parking space. Well furnished flat, fast wifi. Slept like a log. Communication wirh the host great, host very helpful. Would stay again

Long drawn out check in with broken links , AI nonsense and no care taken whatsoever The words needed to describe how poor this place is apart from at generating a ROI for a faceless "investor" do not warrant the effort Reinvented the wheel by making it square and then running themselves over with it

The property was well laid out and spacious

Tenants who had booked flat 5 tried to get in our apartment as they thought the no 7 meant flat 7 not just the building. They broke our door lock in the process.

Great place to stay.

The Apartment was clean and tidy.

Had to change rooms as our blind was broke so then we go into another room which had even more problems. Me and my wife could hear guests playing loud music and shouting at stupid times in another language after all this I'd like a refund to be honest as we left by 8pm as this ruined our whole experience we didn't want to there any longer . Not happy at all

Apartment was clean and tidy, however the entry codes did not work and had to phone several times to gain access. The boiler was not working properly- the temperature inside the apartment was 9.5 degrees initially so had to phone again. Discovered that the boiler fuse had tripped so managed to reach a temperature of 17 degrees by the evening. tripped again overnight so woke to no hot water. Apartment reasonably well equipped but a number of missing items - for example only one water glass for an apartment which sleeps 4.

Shower very good. Bed very comfy. Good parking.

Third time I’ve stayed and third time I’ve had to ring up landlords because either I haven’t been sent a door code or the code sent was wrong. Apartment number was changed 3 times after I finally got in and found cleaners hadn’t even started cleaning my apartment. Front door lock broke so had to be left open all night for people to get in. No coffee machine despite being told there was one.
