I liked the location and layout of the apartment. I also liked the customer service staff, especially Jason, as we had to call them alot

The check in was easy but entry codes were appalling. Customer service staff were fantastic helping out. The apartment didn't look clean on arrival and wet towels were left on the floor, and following check out we had problems with the cleaning staff not finding the key and also saying the apartment was occupied when it was vacated an hour previously, and also nobody coming back to us after our request for extended check out.

I have been looking for an alternative to Hotels. I really enjoyed my stay. The unit had everything I needed. It was really comfortable and clean.

The apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. The parking was so convenient and safe. Perfect place to stay.

electronic door code provided didn't worked. On the 24x7 number was nobody available for more than a half an hour. In total we had to wait outside with a little baby for almost an hour.

There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is.
