Uns wurde ein falscher Code für den Schlüssel zugesendet. Wir haben 1 Stunde verschwendet, in das Zimmer zu kommen! WiFi hat nicht funktioniert, da der Router ein Problem hatte. Unser Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, daher kein Handyempfang. Somit unmöglich ohne WiFi ins Internet zu kommen. Am Ende wurden uns 20% Nachlass angeboten, was für den ganzen Ärger ein Witz ist. Wir können daher den Vermieter und die kontaktlose Abwicklung auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Good location, nice clean property with good facilities. Secure car parking.

The state of the room. , dust on mirrors, cooking hood, microwave, dog chew under settee, comb left in bedroom on floor. Shower blocked and hair in shower. Broken blinds.

The property was lovely. Spacious, modern and comfortable

The management company. We arrived at check in time to find we couldn’t check in as it was still being cleaned so we’re left sitting on the stairwell for 45 minutes. Then the property had clearly been rushed cleaning. I have contacted since, initially had a response with an email address to send a message to and since then have been ignored
