Fantastic accommodation. Central to city plus short trip to eden project.great weekend. My family was happy

We stayed for a week, combining work with a VIP event. Positives: The apartment feels new, was very clean, and had all the essentials we needed. Parking in the rear car park was very convenient, and the location is good — within easy walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. Negatives: The apartment was very hot and there was no fan. I emailed on arrival and was told one would be provided, but it wasn’t. After chasing again, I was told if it wasn’t already in the flat, one wouldn’t be supplied. This miscommunication was frustrating — we would’ve bought one had we known. We struggled to sleep until the weather cooled. The boiler stopped working the morning of our event, leaving us with no hot water. We were told someone wouldn’t attend until later in the day, so we had to try fixing it ourselves — too late to shower before leaving. WiFi dropped out regularly during the day, often showing a password error before disconnecting. This happened multiple times during meetings, which was really disruptive as I’d flagged the need for strong WiFi when booking. I had to hotspot from my phone. Lastly, the mattress is in real need of a topper — you can feel the springs in places, and I left with quite a sore back.

All round good stay, nothing negative to say.

Very convenient location for city centre and the city's waterfront area, fully equiped and spacious apartment. Will definitely stay again if in Plymouth.

Our apartment was on the ground floor (2), so no view at all (the level was even under the street level from the living room side), the set up for the extra bed (sofa), was in a cupboard but on the floor...there should be something like a shelve to place this.

The apartment itself was nice but the many messages and having to provide details prior to arriving was complicated and annoying. We couldn’t find the parking as it wasnt clearly marked and we drove around 3 times. Please paint the number on the wall of the car park to make it clear!

No fan readily available. Needed to request one. Stairs were a challenge with cases if accessing room from parking lot.

Apartments lovely, modern, no expense spared from SMEG appliances to beautiful ben linen Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops two minutes up the road. Washing machine was a bonus.

Codes were fiddley, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine
