Our apartment was light, airy and spotless. Everything was new and fresh. The linen and towels were wpotless and great quality. Bonus was the free parking at the back of the building

Nothing not to like

It was clean.

Check-in as you are a very fragile app. It took us more than an hour to get into the building and was late to our function.

Having stayed here before, I do feel the property is going downhill. Parked in the car park at the back and the feeling wasn't great. Park full of rubbish, the doors to get into the property were damaged and didn't close properly, making the property feel very unsafe and the carpets filthy. Go up to the flat, where I was presented with a dirty and messy flat, all the lights on and windows fully open. With it being ground-floor, anyone could have easily got into the unit. Have to say that the management company were fair and did refund me, but I won't be staying again or recommend this place.

Great location and well equipped apartment, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was quiet and well presented. Good communication from host and detailed instructions provided.

On arrival the car park was covered in open rubbish from the two over flowing bins. This sadly remained covering the car park for the duration of our stay.

The mattress was a little too firm for us as side sleepers

Broadly a comfortable stay with some issues. The appartment was nice, clean, and had the amenities I had hoped for. I had some issues with my stay: having to provide proof of ID, a deposit, and an online check in process was all frustrating. Myself and another visitor got locked out for 40 minutes because the front lock wouldnt open and with no staff on site the help desk had to ring another customer to come let us into the building. Even though its a kitchen there is very little cooking equipment there, and no basic cooking needs (like oil or salt). All that being said, the appartment was comfy and clean.

The door would not lock from the outside and the code to get into the place was the same code to get into the building so anyone could access our room.

La propreté laissait à désirer. Cheveux par terre et dans la douche, poussière un peu partout, odeur d’urine sur le canapé tellement forte qu’on a pas pu s’y assoir. Sachant que les frais pour les animaux de compagnie sont de 35GBP que vous restiez une nuit ou une semaine on se demande à quoi ils servent. Le lave-linge fonctionnait mais la fonction sèche linge ne marchait pas. Heureusement qu’il faisait chaud et que nos vêtements on pu sécher dans la nuit
