Couldn't fathom out how to get normal channels on the tv No code given for back door to car park

Scam artists. Make you pay 100 deposit. Tell you its being released. Then 5 days later when asked where is it been told deposit release cancelled but they have no information why. Don't book unless you want to lose an extra 100

Good location, good lay out, simple access

A little dirty & strange rules with peoples address on ID needing to be 15mile radius away from the property

Spacious, clean, perfect location

Car park was difficult to find but staffed helped with location, lots of steps which we were not expecting

Good location, nice layout and set up only downfall was the bedding and the actual quilt and pillows were dirty/mouldy and to get from the car park into the property is a little far since you need a fob to get in via that door and not provided with one but you can leave from that door from the inside out and then the battery’s were dead in the remote and had to buy new ones but other than that it’s really nice and there’s a 24hr shop 2mins away also which was handy and nice and quiet.

Cleanliness

Had to phone the agent we were driving looking for the parking. On the parking instructions provided the street name was spelt wrong. Issues with the property we stayed in, we did email the agent.

Conveniently situated close to town. Quiet and secure. Clean and free off road parking.

Basic cooking facilities and the fact that the oven was not working does not help the situation. When reported nobody came to inspect. Only received a message telling what the dials are for. The information about accessing the property was inaccurate. The same goes for the wi-fi. The information given was not accurate.

Great instructions and easy to communicate with staff. Very helpful and efficient.
