Modern clean and well presented. Bed was comfortable. Had parking.

Key collection was annoying as key was not in key box but in door. Room’s numbered randomly so I’m on phone to help desk with bags up and down stairs. Bit of a workout. Finally got in to find WiFi connection details were completely wrong. Did manage to connect by QR code. Needs addressing. Found the pre check-in over the top with having to take pics of ID and self. Shower thermostat was erratic but hot. Bit of a gold fish bowl in front room as one window had no blinds or curtains. Outside areas could do with a tidy. Had a little tablet saying welcome but screen was dim and thought it was a nice touch but pointless as just wanted to get online on my own iPad.

Nothing.

No security. The main entrance door was left wide open when it was meant to be locked and secure. I was then given a key to another guest’s room and unknowingly walked in on them. This is a serious breach of safety, privacy, and basic operational standards. I raised this immediately and made clear that the lack of security was not acceptable. I had no confidence in the safety of the property and therefore had no reasonable option but to leave and book alternative accommodation. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. This clearly was not the case. Additionally, accommodation must be as described and safe for guests, which was not met here. Given the seriousness of these failures, I expect a full refund.

We were given the wrong code for entry/key. But sorted over the phone.

The apartment was nice

Access was a nightmare we couldn't get in for ages, no answer on the phone. We had to leave a day early no refund voucher nothing

The bed was comfy and kitchen nice

Flat on ground floor, bedroom next to smokers corner so got smoke fumes in and woken up across the night to people having a smoke. Bathroom not very nice and entrance codes didn’t work and had to call support twice.

It’s clean and a quiet place to stay. Stayed here before and will definitely stay again!

The only thing I didn’t like was it was a pain getting in the building and in my apartment as I was sent key safe codes and code for the door but it was the wrong codes

Lovely space with roomy lounge - lots of eateries close by

Shower cubicle could do with a bit of bleach and far few marks on walls that just need a wipe. Freezing on arrival - took a while to figure out how to get heating working - no internet codes shown anywhere - had to contact management to get code
