Good location for the city

Unable to work access lock. The one on flat was damaged Rhe apartment was not clean.fridge and freezer with food in it . Broken chair in flat

Surprisingly spacious and absolutely spotless!

Clean apartment and fully equipped.

Booking and paying was slightly complicated, as booked through booking.com and then had to call Charles Hope several times for clarification and payment of deposit etc

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and had absolutely everything you need.

Location. Stayed before; no issues.

The oven and the coffee didn’t work. Could have got a hotel room for much cheaper. But paid extra for a kitchen. Had to pay extra for takeaway and groceries went to waste. Reported the issue but the staff not interested. At 0600 a fire alarm went off due to another apartment showering with the door open. It went on for 40 minutes. No staff were on hand to resolve. After this the alarm panel sounded constantly for the rest of the stay. There was a hidden fee of £100 deposit. I’ve still it received it refunded despite asking twice. I will avoid in future.

The standard of the apartment was good, and apart from teething troubles like getting access
