The location was well situated

The check in instructions were not clear and timely. And my parents were only able to enter unit almost midnight. We also had to reach out several times to access. The place wasn't properly cleaned, dusty refrigerator, cobwebs in bedroom. There was no ironing board inside the unit and despite several requests the same was not addressed and we had to borrow one from another guest in another apartment to prepare for the function we came to attend and to go out on the road. Bed in second bedroom was soft and hurt my back. Couch still had remnants of plastic sticking out and torn at one section. Center table in living room was dirty and old. The attention to detail was woefully lacking.

Location is great. Very quite, Apartment is comfortable could use a little more storage, but I've been here 4 months already and I am considering an extension.

A pool, but other than that nothing it was perfect for my needs.

"My stay was ok and it served its purpose."

Location was great in both properties. Ari was amazing, she helped and solved any problems I had during my stay at the Victoria Park and Leeward locations. The prices are over inflated and they would require serious upgrades on these properties if they want to charge what they’re asking. Management is only interested in collecting money, rather than providing a quality unit for the price….will this change, highly unlikely.
