Lack of communication

Location and easy accessibility

Apartment was nice, but not comfortable or cozy. Constant noise from AC system. Very high humidity inside. At the end of first day all bed shits and cloth were wet and sticky. AC filter probably hasn't been changed for a while. For facility that charge 100$ from customers for cleaning it should be done mush better!!!

The neighbors was amazing

The staff was rude I got bite by bed bugs and they are not trying to do anything about it

Front door lock broken/not communicating with the internet (would not lock/unlock). Maids key box offered as an alternative, but the lever to unlock (after dialing the code) was possibly corroded and difficult to open ( I actually broke a nail trying to). The maid's key is on retractable cord (which I could not use without considerable discomfort....due to a arm/shoulder injury). A similar unit next door was offered for the night (while they repaired or replaced the lock). This turned into a nightmare because of all the estimates, approvals and scheduling necessary to get the job done. Despite my repeated statements that the substitute unit was not an acceptable (and multiple repair men in and out performing multiple other repairs) the stay was finally cancelled and I was for just one night (although I had requested a full refund and additional compensation). There seems to be this belief that as long as they fix everything, everything ok.....we go on vacation for a break from life's daily drama, not to identify a property's problems and endure the drama of constant repairmen in and out.

I loved the little backyard with all the lights and the grills, perfect place to go on vacay with friends. The people working on the desk were super helpful, and always answering you questions.
