Inviting Park City Condo w/ Resort Amenities!

The service here was truly top-notch. Everyone was incredibly friendly—every staff member we encountered said hello and was genuinely helpful. From the ski valet team to the ski lockers, the front lobby, and everyone in between, the service was consistently great. The location is fantastic, right next to the gondola, which made getting on the mountain incredibly easy. The complimentary ski valet and ski lockers were a highlight of our stay and made everything so convenient. The shuttle service was also wonderful—we really enjoyed getting to know the drivers, all of whom were friendly, personable, and a pleasure to ride with. We stayed in a suite, which felt a bit small even for just two people, and the unit could use some updating. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the suite, especially for a ski trip. We also had a few issues with the guest laundry room. That said, overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay. The outstanding service and unbeatable location make this a place we would come back to.

What a lovely spot. We didn't know what to expect with our stay here since there are just so many properties in Park City. We booked a one bedroom "villa", which had a lovely bedroom, cozy living room with a fireplace, kitchen and a huge bathroom. The adult pool was lovely. The con list for the hotel are: Its a huge property, and the buildings are strangely laid out, so it can be quite confusing to get around. It took us a day or so to figure it out. The restaurants were good but closed on a few of the days we were there, so only got to visit them once. The coffee shop is also only open for 3 hours in the morning which is disappointing. We went in mid December and figured it would be busy, but there were very few people around. I don't know how good the hotel would be in the busy season, but it was lovely and quiet when we went. It was a nice, out of the way place to stay. We would happily return.

It was a magnificent place and an awesome experience. My only concern is that the desk did not know the exact prices of the skiing activities. Each provided different totals. There were wide variances from each person. Also we were not told about the daily owners reception. We would have attended at least 2-3 times during our 7 day stay. Other than that, it was FANTASTIC. Everyone was kind and respectful. They did a wonderful job making us feel at home.

The accommodation itself was very clean and cosy but where this place shined for me was in the incredible amenities and the unbelievable customer service. From the waiter to driver to reception there was not a single employee I ran into that didn’t stop to have a polite conversation or at least wish me a nice a day. My experience has absolutely influenced me to stay here again.

Lovely experience. Everyone was super nice especially when we were lost roaming the resort. Very helpful. Special thanks to the manager who helped us out with a family card game. The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed all of the amenities that were open to us for winter season. The Christmas lighting and fireworks were great! We will be back.

Westgate Resort was absolutely beautiful! What you see in pictures is exactly what you will get, and more! My family and I enjoyed all the fun activities offered by the resort. Front desk staff made check in and check so smooth! They’re also so friendly. We were greeted with a smile every time! Our studio was so spacious, and clean! Noise was never a problem for us! It was family friendly but it wasn’t noisy at all. Perfect for a solo trip, or couple and family gatherings. The resort is located right next to the slopes so it’s absolutely perfect for a ski trip. Loved our view from our room. With everything it had to offer, it was so affordable! We never had to leave the resort!

Such a welcoming staff! Especially Nadia!This hotel has lots of amenities such as a large indoor and outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs and a gym. However, a complimentary coffee and tea bar in the lobby would be great with snacks. There is no restaurant on site and only a small take out breakfast cafe open until 12 noon.

We stayed at Westgate Park City Resort the first week of October and had a wonderful experience! The room was very nice and comfortable, and the resort amenities were great. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the adult pool and hot tub. The resort’s location was perfect — central to so many things to do in Park City. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle, which made it easy to get downtown and to other nearby spots. The fall scenery in Utah was absolutely beautiful, and this area really showcased it. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Park City!

I booked a one bedroom and Alexandra the girl who checked us in, upgraded us for free to a very nice and renovated room after I mentioned it was a getaway stay for our anniversary. It was very nice of her and we love the room
