Inviting Park City Condo w/ Resort Amenities!

The location of this hotel are great but for the prices and four star listing the rooms need to be updated a bit or at lease furniture in better condition needs to replace the items that show clear wear and tear. Overall it is a fine place to stay but for the rates and the rating I’m not sure it stands up to the description.

Please condense this review to 200 characters They do not clean the cramped suite at all during your stay. I called customer service desk before leaving the room today and I requested a cleaning and a new hair dryer. They haven’t cleaned for two days in a row. We just got in the room and the room is a mess and the broken hairdryer is exactly at the same place where I left it for them. This place is not worth it. Plus the rooms are cramped. There’s no room to open winter luggage in the suite 5310c . The rooms smell like a urinal. (The bathroom is between the kitchen and bedroom Jack and Jill style. The shower curtain smells like mold and mildew . It’s a disgusting mess.

The valet staff are some of the nicest and most responsible people ever. They were incredible at helping unload, and my car was always retrieved quickly. The staff responded to every detail of our conference logistics, going out of the way to make sure the room fit the theme of the day. Holly, Lesly, and Cassandra were the best conference support team! The chef was so talented, you could tell the food was made with care.

Enzo went above and beyond to make our family happy by getting us our two rooms right across the hall!!we didn’t think we could do that but he made it happen!! He made our families vacation even more enjoyable!! He really showed he cared about us!

Brian and the entire team were wonderful at Edge. Loved the food and even the kids wanted to return. Great recommendations. La Creashia at the activity center was very knowledgeable and helpful. We loved all the activities for the kids at the pool. She went above and beyond and we requested our room keys to be delivered to the center and our bags should be dropped off at our room during our arrival. The staff at the burger restaurant were all very kind. We had a wonderful waiter. His name may have been RATAN and he was super helpful with me and my niece one afternoon and he welcome me back as we ate there twice. This location is great for adults and families with restaurants on site and close by along with a coffee shop in the lobby and shops across the street. The slopes are also just steps away. Redesigning some of the directions and numbers on the floor might make things easier as everyone I ran into was often a bit lost. Staff were always friendly though and helping someone get to where they need to be. Town is about 15 minutes away and wonderful restaurants there along with great shopping.

We had a wonderful stay here at Westgate Canyons. The amenities are wonderful for kids, families, and adults, either for hanging out or skiing all day. All the staff's service is impeccable. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and it makes this resort the best place to stay.

Wow! Super great experience staying here. Olivia at the front desk was extremely helpful at expediting the check in process and ensuring our room was ready upon arrival. One of the better holiday stays I’ve had in awhile! Comfy rooms, friendly hospitality, and a great adult spa.

This is the worst! Families, save your money. This is worse than motel 6. Workers and management are tone deaf. They say they are sorry for everything but it really means tough luck. Too far and too expensive to let this dump slide. Room is crowded with cheap pleather chachki stuff, chipped pleather seats. Pots and pans accessible if you climb on the stove top and sink🤨 it’s so poorly planned and left me feeling CHEATED of my time and money. It’s dirty, can’t open the fridge all the way. Ratty blanket for bedding on sofa bed. I feel like I’m camping. There are better rooms as far as I can seen from walking past the rooms. The one offered us was not acceptable for anyone at 3-4 star rates.

Westgate is the cherry on top of a wonderful ski trip experience! Check-in was simple and efficient. All of the staff we met were polite and knew their jobs very well. The valet services were convenient and helpful. Next time we would choose to lug our own luggage just because they were so busy — we would have been able to unpack and get settled quicker. But we were still grateful for the service. We chose to explore the hotel and services the night before we went skiing and so glad we did. We found the ski lockers and valet, in particular, we found Juan H. Very helpful and he answered all our questions. He explained exactly how we could get out skis in the morning and also gave us valuable information about the mountain that helped us immensely. Overall we were very impressed with Westgate! Our apartment was neat, clean and well stocked. So comfortable!

We had such a great stay here! Enzo at the front desk was so welcoming & made sure we had everything we needed! They’re really great & full service with things like carrying your snow equipment or any other things you need! Definitely highly recommend!
