Inviting Park City Condo w/ Resort Amenities!

The staff is fantastic. Professional, efficient and friendly. The room we are in is very nice. Plenty of room and a great steam shower. There is a free shuttle making trips around the area very relaxing. Very nice resort!

I want to thank the front desk, Paul, the maintenance, Charles , the engineers and the elevator folks for going above and beyond. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and everyone worked together to help me out. I am beyond grateful for the support and work everyone provided me and my family during my stay . We had a quick overnighter for my sons baseball games tonight in Park City. On Sunday, we spent the day at the pool which was fun, but what made it better was LaCreasha who was in charge of fun activities for the property. She was amazing, friendly, and helpful and great with the whole family. The activities were all perfect for my kids and added the extra fun for everyone to enjoy more than just sitting poolside. It’s a great property with a lot to do. 1 night wasn’t enough.

Absolutely horrible. I booked a room with a hot tub as I had back surgery. Pictures on the hotel website shows a hot tub in the room. Just like on hotels.com. supervisor tried to tell me hotel tonight's had the wrong photos but the Westgate own website for that particular room has the exact same map for that particular room that shows the hot tun. The front desk would not change our room said they were full. My family has been in the business of hotels for years and we would never treat our customers like this or blame third-party websites. Specially when the photos are exactly the same and the map. The parking was horrible, we had to drive around for a hour I sure hope that they make this right and comp or stay and find us our room for tomorrow night with a hot tub cuz that's what we paid for. The only map show on there website is a room with a jacuzzi if they have another type of room then they lied and it's very misleading. That would be false advertising

Booked this hotel for a quick weekend getaway to PC & was pleasantly surprised. Room was enormous (suite) and very inexpensive for what we received. Service was great & amenities were fantastic - especially the shuttle service. Location is great - dead middle of all Canyons village.

Miranda is simply amazing. She goes out of her way to be helpful and accommodating to guests And does it all with a smile. 5⭐️

Our first time to the Park City area was absolutely fabulous and was made more so by the remarkable hospitality the Westgate PC staff exhibited throughout the duration of our stay. Ace was wonderful and assisted me prior to arrival to ensure that I was equipped with what to bring for our toddlers and couldn’t have been more pleasant or courteous. Bianca at the concierge desk was so lovely and spent nearly an hour with me to ensure we were aware of all the PC and DV happenings. Our shuttle drivers Art, Derek and James were all so friendly and we found shuttling around the area so easy and manageable with the WG ride app. Many kudos to the whole team for being so so welcoming and gracious!

First let me say the staff were amazing! The service at the resort was 5 stars, honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. The property is clean and nice, lovely pools, spa looked stunning (though we didn’t have time to visit). The ONLY complaint and reason we won’t return: PAPER thin walls!! I awoke night 2 in absolute TERROR at the sound of man talking seemingly standing over the bed. Nope! The guests arrived next door. When I say I could hear EVERY WORD, fart 😭 belch and bathroom visit!! No exaggeration. Our last night a group of what sounded like 20 people, with kids screaming and running down the hall. Nope! They were actually in their room across and 4 doors down from us! But again, could hear everything. We both had terrible nights sleep and neither of us are light sleepers. It was just SO. FLIPPING. LOUD! I’ve stayed in Holiday Inns with better walls. Truly awful. It’s a shame because the facility is nice and, again, the staff were amazing!

This place is not new, but in great shape! We loved the way it was decorated, we had a balcony and a jacuzzi in our condo. Sleep quality was good. Some maintenance issues need to be addressed, the dishwasher had broken wheels, the toilet paper holder was loose and broke off and the garbage disposal needs some attention. A luggage rack would be appreciated. It only comes with a bell boy, so we made 3 trips to set up in our place. Also the beautiful shower had been cleaned with a dirty rag.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Westgate! The checkin with Enzo was great! He was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The accommodations are wonderful and I’ve had the best sleep in a long time. The location is just right and is near everything we need.
