The host did communicate well blatantly ignored text after i inquired about ac specific topic, and didn't give check in information in a timely fashion

Nothing negative to report! I had a good stay at this place. Clean, comfortable, and had all the things I needed for my stay.

Not a bad apartment for the price! Safe area and friendly staff. You will have to pay a refundable damage deposit before receiving your check-in details.

Had an iron and ironing board. Clean bathroom and good shower. AC in the bedroom

Place felt run down a little. Living space and kitchen felt a bit grim. Only AC in the bedroom so rest of the place was hot.

No microwave and no broom to clean up

I liked the bed, not so much the very flat pillows.

The property was hard to get into our first day, we were standing outside for 30 minutes, this house was not clean, had no cleaning supplies, had several flys and bugs in the house, the kitchen refrigerator didn’t close all the way which made our food soggy and warm, only provided 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, the shower that was next to the bathtub was not safe or clean to use and the door to the apartment did not lock unless we put the top lock on and we didn’t have the key to the top lock.

At first, I was hesitant about the neighborhood, but once I checked in, it was quiet I felt safe. There are two doors that locked the security. The apartment was very spacious and a good budget place for what I could afford. It was a little hot and the other room but other than that, it was fine. There is a couple window air conditioners. They keep the place cool however when I stayed, there was a heat wave over 90°.

I came into town for a family reunion. Everything worked out well. I did have to pay an incidental fee to get inside the building. I was told I will be refunded back within a couple business days.
