Maverick Suites at 28 Fenway

The room was immaculate, the neighborhood was nice and the place was very quiet. The whole process was very simple and made my trip enjoyable.

It was easy to get into the building and suite. The room was right for me. The neighborhood is good, safe and very walkable.

Bad experience with self-checking-in at night! No enough infos/instructions for parking! Too small room.

Great location

The location was ideal, close to Berklee.

There is no front office at 28 Fenway, so it took me a bit to understand how to best communicate with the guest relations. They rely on text, email and 80% of the time I could reach someone by phone. The rooms were very clean. House keeping does a stellar job. The late check in (4pm to the dot) was challenging. The location is amazing. And when booked at the right time, the prices are good.

Within walking distance to Fenway and where we had to park at the parking garage. Liked the security of the check-in and the uniqueness of this property. Will definitely recommend it!

There was a dead bird on my window sill that’s been there for a while. The walls are paper thin, and there is absolutely no one to speak with if you have any issues. They make you download and use an additional app just to check in.

Excellent location. Peaceful area close to Fenway Park, Museum of Fine Arts and the Gardner Museum. Close to a subway stop and lots of restaurants.

The unit was very clean and had all the amenities.
