Maverick Suites at 28 Fenway

Great location

I enjoyed my stay here very much. My room was very clean and had all the amenities needed for my stay. I loved how close it was to Fenway park and all surrounding shops. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if I ever visit Boston again!

Fire alarm testing during our stay

This property is not a hotel. Not airbnb either. There is no reception. No chance to drop bags prior to check in time. Door codes are used to access the property and room. Our room was teeny tiny. The bed was pushed against the wall to fit a cabinet with the mini fridge and microwave on the other side. No nightstands. The only other piece of furniture was a bench inside the door next to the bathroom. Tiny bathroom with tiny towels. The bathroom door has JUST enough space to clear the washstand. Totally felt like this place was flipped to make a profit for an investment group. The room and hallways were clean. There was a strong air freshener smell in the foyer when we were leaving. Grateful we only had to be there 1 night. There are definitely better places to stay.

Maverick Suites is perfectly situated alongside a beautiful part of Boston, with easy access to public transit, restaurants and--best of all--Fenway Park. The coffee maker, restroom and bed within the room made for a fabulous stay; additionally, having a washer and dryer downstairs provided a terrific amenity for the hot East Coast weather!

Terrible place to stay and terrible customer service
