Vintage Amelia Island Apartments

Heel schoon, prima wifi. Goed bed en goede douche ( in een badkuip) volledige keuken met afwasmachine. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig ( hebben we niet gebruikt) Codeslot werkte goed. Winkels ( Walmart en Dixies) en restaurants dichtbij. General dollar op loopsfstand

De airconditioning units van andere appartementen staan buiten voor de slaapkamer. Deze slaan aan. Als je een lichte slaper bent ga je dit horen. Onze airco hadden we uit staan, die was niet nodig in november

I liked that it was close to my grandson.

The floors had not been vacuumed; there were chips all up under the living room table. The bedrooms had not been vacuumed, and there was a layer of dust on the living room table. The day of checkout which is at 11:00 am my husband ran out to pick up some breakfast for us. When he arrived back at the condo the keypad would not work. Thank goodness we all did not leave with plans to come back for our belongs since we would not have been able to re-enter the unit. The keypad should not reset until after check-out time. The bed in the master bedroom was squeaking and not comfortable. The water from the master bath sink had a very strong smell. The rug in the living room was horrible to walk on unless you had on shoes. Would have been nice to know where the trash compactor was located. The coffee maker did not work, and the woman that lived above 422 needs to learn how to walk not stomp back and forth like she is getting her steps in. I don't think we will stay at this property again.

The amenities at the property were great

Bathrooms were dirty, appears to have mold on shower door in main bedroom. Hair found in bathroom.

Location good or ok...center of island.

Carpet inside was dirty. Entryway was dirty. Battery on door lock wasn't working. Waited on maintenance. Homeless blk girl begging for money outside door...unsafe.. Couldn't get into the office lobby during business hours...had to wait on staff.

The location was great and we were supplied with everything by we needed for a pleasant stay (towels, bedding, pots and pans etc)

Overpriced and the location is basically on the main road so was incredibly loud. Have done nothing about previous comments around the squeaky bed (they have had complaints online for over a year now). Had not been deep cleaned (hand prints on tv, floor was dirty, plates weren’t clean). Spent the first have of the day cleaning everything. Had no access to WiFi either…

The ability to spread out and enjoy the space. The pool also was amazing. Closeness to the beach as well.

Nice property & dog friendly.
