Nice property. However, no management on site. Locked my wife out on our checkout day at 9:30..supposed to be 11:00 checkout. My dog was locked in until we called management.

"Long drive to beach and fought with customer service, don’t be fooled like we were!"

The pool, the size, decor, balcony, cleanliness.

On the first day went to use the washer and it was broken , took 4 days to get it fixed!! In the second day the tv in the living room stopped working and we had to move the tv from the bedroom into the living room. Customer service was a complete waste of time I called over a dozen times trying to get someone to fix these issues. Hours and hours were wasted on hold or arguing with them trying to get a refund or just for someone to show up to replace broken amenities that I paid to use! It was the worst customer service I’ve ever had on a vacation. They didn’t offer any solutions at all. Plus, they lied and said they’d give us a 75$ credit lol that we never received!! We wasted our time and money on this place .. don’t bother booking this one !!! Don’t be fooled by the pictures like we were.

We really enjoyed it! The atmosphere was charming, the vintage selection was unique, and Amelia Island made the whole experience even more special. It had that perfect mix of nostalgia and coastal charm.

I wish we would've done a bit more research and known that most of the restaurants closed a bit earlier than what we are used to in Miami, but either way, we just had to go down to Jacksonville and we were able to go eat, but that's on us, nothing to do with the Island.

We like the linens, courtesy soaps and towels. As feedback: There were no hangers at all to hang clothes. The hallways were pretty dirty. Thank you
