Location

1. The handheld showerhead cannot be detached. 2. In the master bedroom, the windows are faulty – the left one cannot be opened, and the right one cannot be locked. 3. There is a noticeable smell throughout the house, likely from recent renovation work. 4. WiFi is useless

I love everything about the Appartment.

The fact that I was given the penthouse with the open roof. As early as 4am everywhere is bright and it disrupted my sleep.

"Windowless bedroom and 7 flights of stairs"

Clean spacious with nice balcony

The balconied apartments are on the top floor. I should have checked that there is no elevator, but seven flights of stairs are too much. But worse than that, the bedroom was windowless and without any ventilation. This was not mentioned in the listing. Hence the low score.
