Cosy Apartment above Village Pub

The location was excellent above the local pub. Parking was very easy and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and lounge facilities were excellent. The towels and bedding were also fantastic.

Unfortunately it looks like there is a big damp patch on the wall in the smaller bedroom and lounge which needs attention There was only one toilet roll for three of us for a two night stay, and no shower gel or shampoo which you tend to get in most self catering accommodation. I think it would be better if the door at the bottom of the stairs locked as well as the outside door.

Lovely and spacious and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bonus is that it is at the pub which serves the most incredible food! It’s also in a super location for walks straight out the door.

Really comfortable and very spacious - huge for a 2 bed apartment! Very clean. Had everything we needed. Airer was very useful. Great location right in the middle of Buxton and Bakewell. Would definitely come back again.

The Internet connection could do with a boost, the sofas could be more comfortable, and the smaller one could be replaced with a larger one. The shower was amazingly good 😃

Comfortable apartment above a lovely pub. Well equipped. We ate in the pub Saturday evening and food was delicious.

My oversight as didn’t check but no hairdryer.
