Bright 2bed apartment in Galashiels City Centre

Everything was great, thank you! Lovely duplex apartment, perfect central location.

Convenient location for shops and the centre of Galashiels.

Area is noisy at night. Needs black-out blinds in bedrooms as curtains are not adequate.

Good directions. Very conveniently located for town centre, shopping city (2 mins away) and railway station. Very clean and everything that could be was provided. Clearly the owner takes great pride in this immaculate accommodation. Dob't judge a book by its cover - the narroa passageway ang outside staircase appear a little daunting at first. Would happily stay there again.

Missing plugs in sinks. Leaking hot tap in downstairs toilet.

This is an amazing place to stay. The flat is modern and well kept, very clean and so homely.

Nothing This is a run down part of town. The property is grossly overprice, poorly maintained and poorly managed.

Access code did not work Out of date video instructions No hot water for the whole visit for dish washing and shaving Basin upstairs did not drain Broken surround and exposed brickwork to lower bath surround Duvet was much too small for double bed. Just told to put a spare one on top/alongside No towel rail or towel in downstairs toilet No proper curtain in main bedroom, so woken daily at 4:30 am with sunrise Asked to “confirm still not working” instead of getting things fixed
