Easy check in and a nice large space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds and nice clean towels and sheets.

Overall a good experience but it would be good to have a space for getting ready, like a dressing table with a mirror. While the sheets and towels were squeaky clean, the floors could have been cleaner

I like the fact its an apartment and they have tea and coffee available.

Firstly, the overall cleanliness of the apartment is extremely poor. As someone with asthma, the amount of dust present in the unit has triggered multiple asthma attacks during my stays. On my most recent visit, I specifically requested a vacuum cleaner due to the unclean condition of the floors, which have not appeared to be cleaned thoroughly at any point. Additionally, I found cigarette ash on the kitchen floor despite the apartment being advertised as non-smoking. The apartment consistently smells mouldy, and the bathroom window is visibly mouldy so much so that when the shower is on, mould falls directly into it. The kitchen appliances are also in unacceptable condition: the fridge is not cleaned between guests, and the microwave is dirty and rusting inside. I found hairs on the bed and the throw placed on the bed is visibly dusty and clearly has not been cleaned. When I raised these concerns and asked about switching rooms, I was told that I had booked a budget apartment, implying this level of cleanliness was to be expected. I do not believe a lower-priced room justifies a lack of basic hygiene and cleanliness. They did eventually respond saying they will send a cleaner out the next day but i had already sorted out a vacuum cleaner which i brought along with me. I’ve also woken up on two separate occasions with what appear to be insect bites, further raising concerns about the general upkeep of the accommodation. i have been staying at the apartment twice a week for a few months and apartment 102 is the one they usually put me in and its the same issues every time I have stayed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experiences. The hallways have an unpleasant smell, and the car park is full of rubbish.

No electricity in one half of apartment so could only use kitchen sockets to charge phone and iron. So no TV could be used either. We messaged on bookingmcom and sent WhatsApp about the electricity issue as soon as we arrived and noticed the problem but no one bothered to respond... Not good
