"Great location for Villa Park"

I stayed at this property recently and overall, it served its purpose. The interior was clean, the room was tidy, and everything inside met my expectations for a short stay. Nice bathroom. Location is also great for Villa Park

The exterior of the property left a lot to be desired. There was rubbish scattered around the entrance and surrounding area, which caused an unpleasant smell and made the place look quite unsightly. It’s not what you want to see when arriving at a place to stay. If the outside was maintained as well as the inside, it would make a big difference.

"I would not recommend naps inn to anyone."

The location.

The Tv did not work and even after texting the company they did not bother to reply. A few of the plug sockets were not working aswell so it was quite a bad experience.

"Dirty and uncomfortable to stay in"

The space was a good size and it could have been lovely if looked after properly

The place was dirty, tab ash everywhere - benches, sofa, window, floor. Marks all over floors and walls Safety window latches broken Shower trickling when entering Smelt horrible Sofa covered in access dirt Even outside there is rubbish everywhere. Contacted manager to try resolve these issues and hear nothing back - completely unprofessional.

Nothing

Windows had chains in them that were broken meaning windows could not be open warranting the place unsafe Right next to a main rd so couldnt get any sleep due to noise of cars and trucks Why was there a wig and hair clips in the sink cabinet?!! Shows property not looked after at all

"Exceptional"

Stayed over night for a gig at Villa park stadium which is about a 15 minute walk. Great accomodation. All facilities are there Iron Kettle Washer.

The sink in the bathroom took awhile to drain. No big issue

"Disappointed"

Easy to find

Pictures on here aren’t what the property looks like it’s very dark and dingy! A leak in bathroom, wobbly toilet seat. No forks. Bottom of wardrobe looks like been bitten by an animal. No city view or washing machine as stated.

"Very poor"

Nothing

Everything was dirty from the car park to the apartment. We left after the first night and didn’t even stay the second night because of this and when messaging the host got no reply. Still waiting now
