Everything, rubbish everywhere outside. The floor smelt like some growing/smoking cannabis. Very minimal utensils and would be changed a cost for £10 if the dishes were not clean but no tea towel supplied for dry dishes.

The property was in desperate need of renovation. Poor finish to tilling repairs and some flooring held down with parcel tape.

Location and fair price

Rented two flats to cater for a family of four. Kitchen equipment was poor with many items missing. Ovens were really dirty, emitting thick black smoke , making cooking difficult. Stayed at the same time last year and there was a marked contrast in terms of overall cleanliness inside and out, which would make us consider whether to return for future trips.

Location is quite remote with not much shops and restaurants around it but the studio flat was spacious and well equipped

It’s a convenient distance from the sports venue that we were attending. Working amenities and easy access, we return regularly.

Small defects insides the apartment ie torn sofa, shower door, won’t close, dirty window, stained carpet, but i was happy to overlook these
