It was hot and no fan was provided also tv remote wasn’t working. And the welcome drinks they have written they weren’t there at all

Ease of getting keys and low price.

Property was stuffy and did not have a pleasant smell when entering. Decorations were also a bit worn. There was also no washing up equipment, despite the inventory saying there would be.

Over all atmosphere

There was no working TV and when informed the staff was advised there was no one on site to fix the issue Wasn't offered another apartment and next day it wasn't fixed either Poor staff communication

Broken kitchen window, bedroom window Broken doesn't open, bed sheets stains with blood, filthy walls and floor, under bed filthy with rubbish including chewing gum wrappers and used comdoms itwasn't hoovered in about 6 months, coffee table covers in burn marks.

I liked how it was spacious and there was 2 bathrooms, big enough windows to open and let air in as it was very humid and hot in the room.

There was no air conditioning and it was very humid and difficult with children, the baby cot was broken which resulted in poor sleep for the baby and me as I was up most the night trying to comfort him to sleep and I was heavily expecting as well. Which resulted in me not sleeping great at all.
