Leicester City Center Perfect stay

I liked that it was close to the centre and was spacious and comfortable

I paid a security deposit and did not recieve it back!

Location and ease of access, availability of lifts

I don’t like nothing

Flat is not looks like as good as in an images and there was so bad smell coming all the time in flat not safer place either to stay with family

I never stayed at this property so I cannot say there was anything to like. Might be nice if you actually manage to use it, but I will never know.

Not reliable at all, had to book alternative accommodation to avoid being left stranded with 4 other people who needed a rest after touring the midlands, never stayed at this property. I was given the details to enter the facilities too late. My check in was supposed to be from 3pm, tried to contact the host but never replied, called customer services which eventually managed to get in touch with them but I got the info to access the premises too late for what I needed. I had to book another accommodation in the end because I couldn't follow up the case since I was working, and I had people with me relying on me to get a bed for the night. This actually put me off using Booking all together, I must say. Very under-impressed.

Location was within easy walking distance of the town centre with parking close to.

The accommodation has unacceptable levels of hygiene. Hall smells of wet carpet Floor tiles in the kitchen area are dirty Kitchen tap difficult to use as extremely loose. Mould in the bathroom Staining on the towels Nail clippings in the bedroom

Communication was bad as we had to chase 3 times for a reply to our messages and didnt receive info on how to enter bldg. I was told we would receive in 10 mins when I rang but didnt receive so had to call again. All floors were stained and grubby so had to wear shoes at all times. Sofa was delaminating and old, cups were not all clean. Bed sheets were clean though but rest of apartment was tired and needs a deep clean. No parking a available as advertised, there is a NCP a couple of doors away though at £6.95/night. We would not stay again.

Hard to get hold of the owner for keys and VAT invoice.

To be honest I was really disappointed. Blinds all broken , nothing to clean with. Sofa bed horrific , door bar screws all out, shower glass all mouldy and seal broken so water leaks everywhere . Coffee machine filthy , says there is a washer dryer so I thought great! Turns out it’s just a washing machine. Entire flat needs a good clean and work doing to it.
