The staff were accommodating, especially the young lady at reception. Very polite, thorough, and friendly.

The area was as to be expected, being near a city centre. There seemed to be a lot of people hanging around outside of the property, but it felt safe and secure inside of the building. The security was excellent. Overall, it is a pleasant stay and great value for money. Would stay again.

The property was clean

We stayed in room 308 there was no hot water so couldn’t take a shower there was also no heating we were supplied with one electric heater for the whole two bedroom apartment also the television wasn’t working which was really annoying and unacceptable as we had children. A few hours were wasted by electricians it was a total nightmare dealing with reception and technicians on arrival for a good few hours when we should of been getting ready for our rebooked New Year’s Eve function also have been refused a full refund by the host
