Location, very close to centre

Could be cleaner, sofa bed very stained, mattresses need replacing on beds.

To be clean and someone to show how the heating worked, no internet or towels too

Personal not very well, not very clean, there were no towels for every one, nobody could help with the car parking place, outside were feel smell of smoking weed, inside were smells of food being cooked. Nobody sends room pasword, so employee didn't know the pasword.

Great location, good set up, very clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Bedrooms very comfortable and the mattress in particular was excellent quality. Everything seemed to work and there was lots of room. It would be possible to stay here for a few days in comfort. The kitchenette was well equipped and modern.

Very comfortable clean mattress but a lack of a mattress protector and ill fitting sheet means it won't stay that way for long. Shower needs attention as it was very difficult to switch off, shower waste needs cleaning out to prevent water overflowing from shower. Some light bulbs were missing. Lots of potential extra charges which were not mentioned prior to booking. Comments about make up stains on towels were worrying as a laundry regimen that does not remove make-up from towels is unlikely to remove much else.

Clean rooms, good for a one or 2 night stay staff friendly and location close to everything

No hot water

Smoking around the building makes the area looks like den of smokers.

Cleanness needs to be improved
