The apartment was very nice. Super clean. The bedding was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. Lovely hot double shower
The correspondence when trying to get in the apartment.And a man rang the bell at the front entrance, dressed in hoodie and baseball hat looking shifty, at 7 am trying everyone's door bells. Not great after a late evening

Very clean house, quiet and cosy. Facilities in abundance in terms of cleaning products and kitchen attire. The host is absolutely amazing, very polite and responds very quickly anything I needed help with they was always fast to respond. Will definitely recommend and if life every brings me towards Staines again I will defiantly have this property at the forefront of my mind

El alojamiento estaba limpio y tenía todas las instalaciones, el wifi iba bastante bien.
Lo que no me gustó fue que al llegar a la puerta principal la puerta no se abría porque el código que me habían dado no era correcto y la puerta del apartamento 5 tampoco abría, ya que hubo un problema con el código…no pudimos hasta pasado un tiempo y era de noche, no teníamos tarjeta SIM del país para poder llamar al número, sería mejor si la comunicación resolutiva fuera directamente desde Booking y no a un número de teléfono, pero por lo demás bien, gracias!

The apartment was spacious, two rooms and two bathrooms also two balconies which was great. There is a car park opposite the apartment ( not free). Very warm, had to turn the heating off most days. The shopping centre, cinema and restaurants are less than 10min walk away. The kitchen is fully functional and you have everything you need.
The check in seemed long and lots of questions asked, however I understand they are not interested in hosting party people so all of that is necessary.
