Charles Hope Staines Riverside

Very comfortable, very clean, with all the amenities, big beds and the location is excellent! Definitely staying there again in the next visit to staines.

Lovely apartment, only downfalls was the floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, one of the beds sheets had staines of some sort. Beds were uncomfortable and the parking opposite only allows you to book until 12 midnight, you then have to wake up at 6am to pay again as there’s no option to pay for 24hrs obviously this has nothing to do with the owners but something to be aware when booking.

Great location for the train to London with a cheap car park opposite. Lovely bedrooms with comfy beds. Great kitchen for cooking a meal

Incredibly noisy all night long from the traffic, passers by and other residents. Not a lot of sleep was had.

I think it would be very good to provide an actual street address that includes written directions or, at least, a photo with a recognizable landmark to show "lodging is here" with an arrow. Our GPS kept putting us 1 block over and it wasn't until flagging down a passer by, who happened to also rent in a Charles Hope building, that we found what we needed after a 2-hour search.

Lovely,clean apartment,dining /lounge/ kitchen area ,smaller than the pictures portray.The bathroom and bedrooms were a good size.

We stayed in August when the temp was in the early twenties and the apartment was very warm.It was also close to a busy road and the traffic was very noisy when the windows were open.The apartment could have had better cooling facilities .The sofa was only big enough to sit 3 people comfortably and there wasn't an additional comfortable chair.

Very clean and tidy, just as seen on picture, beautiful. Easy check in.

Too bright, there are fitted blinds on window however in the morning a lot of light comes though, in the summer, sleep is disturbed as room gets bright. Can be a good thing for some. I prefer dark room.

Clean tidy and well equipped. Only stayed for one night but would consider staying for longer visit.

Entry PIN did not work on arrival for me and another guest who arrived at the same time. We both had to call customer service to gain access to the building
