Spacious, quiet and very clean. Good location and easy parking facilities.

No. 7 is on the top floor with no lift. Would benefit from the sofa in the lounge being a sofa bed.

We liked the decor, the apartment was lovely and clean and also that you supplied toiletries which smelt lovely. Also tea and coffee provided great after a long journey before getting your own supplies. We meet the cleaning lady and she was lovely, very friendly and helpful.

We paid for a early arrival for 2pm but you didn't let the cleaning lady know. So please could you refund us for that please. Even though the bed in the second bedroom was comfortable I didn't like how low it was.

Nice apartment stay was completely spoiled by no Wi-Fi

Having read the reviews that Wi-Fi was not working, I specifically contacted the host and asked if this could be rectified before our arrival, I was staying with 2 teenage girls so therefore Wi-Fi was crucial for them. I was told that this would be sorted. You can imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find not only was the Wi-Fi not working, it was not even installed as it did not show up as an option on any device and there was no evidence of a router, so complete false advertising that there is free Wi-Fi. I wrote an email to the host and was given a standard response saying I would receive a reply within 3 days… I’m still waiting a week later so it looks like that has been ignored.
