Excellent facilities, only problem was we had two apartments- one had a fan in it the other didn’t and as the weather was so hot this was an issue. Other than that everything was great.
We were short notice changed location from the original booking due to ‘scheduled maintenance’. Charles Hope did resolve the issue satisfactorily though and were good in communication.

Nice newly updated apartment. Great location next to Windsor and the airport. Communication with owner seemed good but when it came to parking, it caused a LOT of stress. It was Not clear overnight parking was at Two rivers and hourly was at bridge street. If sensitive to noice, do not stay here. Constant traffic and with no ac windows need to be opened. By a traffic light so made it even louder. We loved the space and what the apartment offered but the noice and lack of communication on parking made for a lot of stress.
