H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort

Veel faciliteiten, rooftop bar is dicht op zondag en maandag, parkeren moet je zelf regelen, communicatie met en van het hotel is erg slecht, kamers zijn nieuw maar al een beetje geleefd. Leuk zo hoog zitten en uitzicht hebben in de avond, overdag en in de ochtend zie je dat de ramen al een behoorlijke tijd niet zijn gewassen helaas. Wachtijd bij inchecken duurde een uur, 7 balies met maar 2 medewerkers en 30 reizigers in de rij in de avond.

Booked this hotel for our 3 night stay exploring Paris and we were very impressed when we walked in to our room, the room was very big, beds very comfortable even the single bed which can often just be a put up bed, bathroom had both a bath and a very good shower However we found the staff to be very rude, un helpful and no urgency to deal with guests when the que was going out the front door We did have cleaners come in to our room each day but there was no consistency on what they did each day and never restocked tea, coffee facilities or left any extra water, this was needed to be done at reception which wasn’t worth the half hour wait at times to see somebody The roof top pool was pleasant but this needs booking at reception so you can gain access to it, it’s also a confusing system on how to get there as only certain lifts go that far, we had also wanted to do the skyline bar but we still don’t know how to access it, we did have the pool to ourselves on our 10pm booking though which made it a very relaxing hour Metro was opposite the hotel so made travelling in to Paris very easy 1 last thing for people to be aware of we needed to pay a €50 euro deposit per person per night for our entire stay so be aware you will need a credit card with a good balance available

The hotel was very clean, was aesthetically beautiful! Loved my room, was very spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel is huge! Has lots of floors and I felt like they didn’t have enough staff to manage the reception. There was always long queues in the reception to check in, check out or ask for help. I had a phone in my room, I rang reception several times on two different days and no one ever picked up. I had to queue for over 25 mins to enquire about the pool, in the end I didn’t swim as it was just too tedious! I really hope they can improve on how much staff they have there. Other than that, I liked my room, the location was ok, there’s a metro close by, so it’s convenient

Je souhaite attirer votre attention sur un incident particulièrement grave survenu lors de mon arrivée dans votre établissement hier aux alentours de 22h30. En provenance de Marseille pour un séminaire professionnel, je me suis présenté à la réception avec l’intention de régler en espèces la taxe de séjour, n’ayant pas ma carte bancaire physique sur moi. La réceptionniste présente a refusé catégoriquement toute solution et m’a tenu des propos condescendants, allant jusqu’à me dire que sans carte bancaire je n’accéderais pas à ma chambre et que je pouvais quitter l’hôtel. Face à mon désarroi, j’ai essayé de discuter avec son collègue, qui paraissait plus réceptif et en mesure de me conseiller. Mais, devant moi, elle lui a ordonné de ne pas m’aider, ce que j’ai trouvé extrêmement choquant et humiliant. Étant en état de stress et de choc, je ne parvenais pas à trouver de solution seul. Ce n’est que plus tard, grâce à un ami qui m’a transmis à distance ses coordonnées bancaires, que j’ai pu enregistrer sa carte sur Apple Pay et effectuer la préautorisation demandée. Sans ce soutien extérieur, j’aurais été laissé sans aucune solution par votre personnel, en pleine nuit, après un long trajet depuis Marseille. Lorsque je suis retourné à la réception avec la solution, j’étais très remonté et je l’ai clairement fait sentir. Plutôt que d’apaiser la situation, votre réceptionniste a choisi de se moquer ouvertement : elle a rigolé avec son collègue, a fait des commentaires dont je ne

I had a wonderful stay at the the H4 Hotel Wyndham! I am honestly surprised by previous comments about staff being rude, I found them to be very, very sweet. I was upgraded on arrival because I was early and my room wasnt ready, so a shout out to whomever was on reception, I didnt catch his name. Also, when I checked out I found that I had to stay one more night in Paris, however the H4 was fully booked. The lady on reception, Hasfa, not only called 3 hotels to see if I could check in elsewhere (by then it was after midnight) she even carried my case and walked my to the nearest B&B up the road!!! Seriously OVER AND ABOVE SERVICE!!! I ate at the restaurant downstairs most nights and it was FABULOUS!! The food was wonderful as were the staff. Their chicken and vegetables and ravioli was outstanding, gelato is to die for and the chef even provided the name of it! YUM. Yes, reception is always busy and one day they missed cleaning my room, however I walked to reception and they sent someone up immediately. My room had a lovely view and overall was very clean. Good shower, aircon and overall a great space.

The hotel overall was clean and new, the room was comfortable. However the area around the hotel is very unsafe, do not use metro line 13 we were pickpockted the first day. Our bathroom was for disabled people, however the water did not drain properly and the water would overflow to the bedroom.

Staff: We called ahead and requested for one hour early check in . The receptionist said the room is ready and check in at 1 pm is possible at no additional cost. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception desk said no room is ready and there is 50 euros cost for early check in. After lots of frustration , the manager get involved and we got into the room early at no extra charge . The manager was very helpfil. In general, service has no meaning in this hotel. We requested for coffee pods, towel and etc. none were delivered to our room. Room : was spacious, clean and comfortable with no issues. Pool: requires booking ahead of time and access ( with another access card) was through another set of elevators only during the booking time Breakfast: was good with plenty of options but still no service there as well. In general, hotel is modern and beautiful in walking distance from metro station but staff ( other than the manager) are not helpful and sometimes rude.
