H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort

Imagine being welcomed with room isn’t ready. Just wait. 30 minutes later I ask where I can sit wile I’m waiting. Then the staff are trying to check us in again despite simply wanting to know where I can sit. 90 minutes wait and dozens and dozens of people in the same situation and we are presented with the key and room number. No idea what to do with the key we saw somebody having it explained to them so asked and were told to swipe the card before going to the lift to get lift number and floor. Unlike others shower is in the bathroom bus toilet is in a cupboard. Staff were appalling. Rated 0. This hotel is pure comedy and I haven’t yet experienced a night here yet.

I booked and fully paid for a 6-night stay at this hotel, only to be shocked at check-in when I was suddenly asked for an additional €300 deposit. I was told “everyone pays a deposit,” but quickly discovered this is not true — the hotel selectively decides who must pay and who doesn’t. What kind of policy is that? Completely unfair and discriminatory. To make it worse, I was told that if I refused to pay, my booking would be cancelled on the spot. Imagine arriving on a business trip, fully paid, only to be told such nonsense at check-in. If this is how the hotel operates, it says everything about their standards. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice — there are plenty of other hotels that respect their guests.

Good and cooperative personnel Very good breakfast

The breakfast was the same every day the egg from tye box tasted alright they need to change the menu from time to time was there for about 10 days

Hotel meraviglioso, camera enorme con tutti i comfort, ampio bagno, arredi di gusto, ottima pulizia, situato a pochi passi dalla fermata metro.
