H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort

I had paid in full for my stay and once I had arrived they told me they gave my room away and there were no rooms available. This happened to the girl next to me as well. It was soon revealed that they had done this to 10+ customers as they had sent us all to the same hotel “temporarily” whilst they ‘prepared’ our rooms. Not sure how this hotel is running. Absolutely disgusting treatment and nil communication. Once I had arrived after my 24 hour travel day, They told me to leave and come back in and hour, so I did. They then told me to wait whilst they called the Novotel to secure a room for me. They apparently confirmed a room for me but upon arrival the concierge had said they never confirmed with the H4 that they had rooms for me. The h4 had sent myself, a young solo female traveller to another hotel in a dodgy area of the city, had to pay the full stay, no compensation, no communication after the fact. Absolutely disgusting, this hotel is a scam. I am warning all future clientele to not even consider this hotel. I will be requesting full refund and compensation for the out of pocket expenses I had to pay for emergency accommodation.

Concept intéressant, immeuble propre, ouvert il y a un an, mais service et gestion nulle! Pas assez staffé avec une gestion très complexe surtout pour les ascenseurs. Attention : Pas de parking alors que c’est noté sur le site 200 places! L’hôtel n’a pas eu l’agrément de la Mairie. A notre arrivée, Check in très long, Staff hautain, pas d’informations concernant le fonctionnement de l’hôtel ni ascenseurs. Arrivant à la chambre, elle n’était pas faite! Appelle à la réception pendant 10mn sans réponse.( Si urgence …???!!!) Nous avons descendus à pied car le système ascenseur notait « accès refusé ». A notre retour du restaurant, notre carte s est démagnétisée… le lendemain pour prendre le pdj, on me dit que nous sommes pas inscrits, alors que j’avais payé nuit et pdj. Après échange on me dit d’aller à la réception - je leur dit qu’ils ont qu’à appeler eux mêmes : finalement on me dit que nous pouvons prendre le pdj- il y a un bug informatique !! Autre point important : il faut réserver la piscine ( et avoir de la chance pour une place!!) pour y accéder on a une autre carte qu’il faut prendre à la réception 10 mn avant et donc, refaire la queue pour enfin pouvoir monter. Bref, vraiment dommage de complexifier autant!!! Ça gâche tout! Vraiment !

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was unclean and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Despite bringing this to the attention of the management, specifically Federica, I was assured that action would be taken and my money would be refunded. However, when I followed up via email to confirm the refund, I was met with complete radio silence. No response, no update, and no refund. It's unacceptable that a company would promise to take action and then fail to follow through. The lack of customer service and disregard for guest satisfaction are major red flags. Unless you enjoy staying in dirty, smelly rooms and dealing with unresponsive management, I would strongly advise against booking here.

trés bon hotel juste un important probléme arrivée vers 17 h 1 h de queu pour arrivé à la réception la direction devrait se pencher sur se probléme si vous n'arrivé pas à résoudre se probléme offrez une boisson d'accueil aux clients dans la file dommage votre hotel est bien mais vous allé perdre bcp de clients

Personnel débordé par le flux important de client ! Mais bon établissement au niveau des services proposés !

Camere grandi e ben tenute, ottima la pulizia e cambio asciugamani, rifornimento acqua giornaliero e caffe di buona qualità, altra nota positiva attraversi la strada e c'è la metrò di fronte, rapporto qualità prezzo ottima

J'ai apprécié la vue de la chambre d'hôtel et l'originalité au niveau de la douche dans la chambre.
