Crisol Promenade

Rommet var greit, også badet. Grei utsikt til promenaden. Veranda virket skitten, en del støy pga trafikken rett utenfor. Sov greit på natta. Det burde vært renhold innom for å sjekket glass/byttet ut glass, tørket over bord ute etc.

The elevator broked down and we were in the seventh floor. The receptionist pretended us to bring our three heavy luggages down the seventh floors. Then she told the night shift receptionist to do that next morning and he couldnt do it because it was too much for him. Even we requested our daily room service from day one; we only have 2 days of cleaned room. The coffee machine didnt work have of the time, housekeeper had actitud, she deficated on our toilette, it was horrible.

Check-in communication was chaotic. The attendant didn't seem to want to help us. The app is nice but the hotel has no one at the front desk most of the time. The coffee machine in the lobby was often not working and the room was incredibly small. If the price was reflective of the room and service, it would be manageable but hopefully Sonder will improve their hospitality.

Très propre. Il manquait de casiers pour ranger nos valises en arrivant mais la dame à la réception les a conservées.

Staff gave us wrong room, refused to give even partial refund. eventually moved us to correct room without apology

Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable bed great location loved all of it

The staff were great and very accommodating. The views from the room were spectacular. Bakeries, grocery stores and coffee shops and the tram all within a block.
