Location was nice. Checkin process was a little challenging. No onsite parking

Only thing was room was a little small but besides that enjoyed outselves

Great location a little out of the way but was perfect for us and was a nice walk into the centre along the sea front. Had everything we needed and was clean and stylish with really helpful staff, will be coming back.

We stayed in Nice for one night before flying home the next day. I would not recommend this hotel. In an awkward area. Had to talk a ways for decent food. Definitely a bit shabby/smelly/slightly dirty hotel.

Great stay! My second consecutive year at the accommodation & I would highly recommend it, perfect spot.

The Air Conditioner didn't worked. In the Night was quite cold, we got later a heater. The shower was broken, by showering was watter everywhere in the Bathroom because no Partition between Shower/WC. The Toilette was stinking. Good Hotellokation. No 4 stars Hotel for me.

Great property. Only downfall is the location is a little further along the Nice beach line than we would like, but that’s completely our fault for not checking. Hotel itself is beautiful. Staff were lovely. Easy “do it yourself” check in. Clean and very spacious room. Very happy.

Evrrythink ok

The greatest concern was the cleanliness of the room and the linens. The sheets, the pillows, the mattresses are of poor quality, over used and in need of replacement. It is obvious this is an old, dirty motel (at best) with a fresh paint job. Please see the attached photos. I should not have to ponder if the marks on the doors and furniture legs are bodily fluids while trying to enjoy my much anticipated vacation. Additionally, no one should ever be asked to sleep on worn, dirty sheets and especially while paying $300 a night for a room. My husband, my three year old daughter, and myself looked forward to this beach trip for months only to have it absolutely ruined by your establishment. I had to return home early because I could not sleep one more night in your room and honestly could not afford to spend another $2000 for a second hotel room. Ending my vacation early and returning to Philadelphia should not have had to happen.
